A small refuge for those seeking peace and quiet
It is an independent, bright, spacious and air-conditioned attic room of 34m². A wrought iron staircase will lead you to a private terrace of 12m² and from there you will enter this cozy nest.
"Lucy" has a bathroom and separate toilet, and a space with fridge, microwave and kettle. The bedroom has a king size bed. "Lucy" is a bed and breakfast where calm and restorative nights are at the rendezvous. We pay particular attention to breakfast, which is essential to start your day off right. It is also an opportunity to share our knowledge of the Dordogne with you to help you organize your stay. We are located in Périgord Noir, on the edge of the Périgord Blanc and Verts. It is an ideal situation to shine on the whole of the region and to avoid “mass tourism”.
"Lucy" is the only bed and breakfast in the Field of Ormeaux which also offers 4 charming cottages.
The establishment is exclusively reserved for the reception of an adult clientele (over 16 years old). Sorry, with us there are no bombs in the swimming pool to splash you or untimely cries to disturb your readings...
All accommodation at Field of Ormeaux is around the courtyard and has an independent entrance that respects the privacy of guests.
Shared spaces have been fitted out to make your stay more pleasant; the salt pool heated in season, the spa with a jacuzzi and infrared sauna, a large park for walking. For your well-being, you can call on a professional masseuse or a beautician who travels to the area.
Like all guest houses, we have the same objectives: a friendly welcome, a warm atmosphere, a house of character, to allow you to discover the atmosphere of a region, exchanges with the owners. …Nevertheless, the creation of a guest house is the fruit of a particular history which gives it its specific character. The Field of Ormeaux is no exception!
It was after experiences in the business world and an urban life that we decided to "go back to basics".
Our family has been established in this place since the 17th century, we know its history and it is this authentic place that we want to share with our guests. Knowing history does not mean living in history! In our accommodation, comfort and modernity harmonize with the old.
Our family has a tradition of hospitality that we want to put to the benefit of our guests. We want to share the art of living in the South West: conviviality and good food.
We like and favor the different moments of exchange with our guests with always the concern of respecting their independence and their intimacy.
