Whether it's for an aperitif with friends, a family picnic or a gourmet gift, our Capelo duck rillettes and pâtés are the assurance of convivial and tasty moments. Let yourself be seduced by the finesse of our products and the French art of living they embody.
Rillettes are prepared from duck meat confit, slowly simmered in its own fat with spices, then manually shredded and mixed with cooking fat to form a tender, creamy texture. Capelo pâté is made from a blend of homemade sausage meat and Périgord foie gras. Meticulously tinned by us, the slow cooking process gives it its refined taste. But beyond production, it's the family spirit that drives our preserves. Each member of the family makes a unique contribution, enriching our work with his or her talent and creativity, right down to the label written by our grandmother.
