Forge and woodworks with demonstrations of the forging of knives. Watermill that powers the forge, grain mill and nut oil presses. The shop is free to enter, visiting the site requires payment. The knives are beautiful works of art ranging from 60'ish euros to a small fortune for Damascus steel.
Nice place, very well refurbished. You can buy some local, hand assembled knives. Knifes are from typical country foldable, to original with beautiful materials. Knives price are starting at really affordable prices. On top of knives, you can also enjoy the outside, moving from place to place to discover old time works : old wheat harvesting steam engine, flour mill and baker.m, blacksmith, ... Great place to spend half a day!
