Domain of Marterie Swimming pools in Saint Félix de Reillac et Mortemart

In the Périgord, 1h30 from Bordeaux, the Domain of Marterie, in the heart of a wooded environment of more than 70 hectares, concentrates in a single place accommodation, a restaurant, a bar, an 18-hole course with shop, a driving range, a wellness area with heated indoor pool, a massage cabin and a nail salon. For tennis fans, a covered halfcourt will allow you to exchange balls.

In our relaxation area dedicated to well-being, you will have the opportunity to participate in aquagym, aquabiking, Pilates, Yoga, country dance, sophrology sessions, by reservation. The aquagym and aquabiking sessions are given in an indoor swimming pool, heated to 29°.

AQUAGYM AQUABIKING

• WHAT IS AQUAGYM?

Aquagym takes the form of a musical class held in a specially adapted pool, 1.40 m deep and heated to 30°C.

Classes last 45 minutes.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
The aim of the classes is to give you an all-round workout at both muscular and cardiovascular levels.
Classes can be held with or without accessories to vary the exercises and their intensity.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Our classes are for everyone.
Ideal for a gentle recovery, but also highly effective for the more experienced athlete, who can increase the intensity of exercises by varying the amplitude of movements.

OUR ADVICE
Bring a suitable swimsuit, bathing cap, flip-flops and towel.

• WHAT IS AQUABIKING?

Aquabiking is practiced on a fixed bike, immersed in water in a suitable pool 1m40 deep and heated to 30°C.

Classes last 30 minutes.
