  I don't really like posting reviews but I thought this restaurant really deserved it. On the advice of a resident of the Dordonge based on his good experience, we ended up at this restaurant. And nothing could be further from the truth. We were served a friendly welcome, fresh home-made products. We had such a delicious meal on our first visit that we made reservations again three days later. There was a new menu that day with again delicious dishes. Highly recommended, don't forget to make a reservation because they only have a limited number of tables

  Outstanding food that is a little different from the normal fare of the region. The restaurant is run by a lovely couple who obviously have a huge commitment to high quality food, who have recently taken over. They have their own smoker and so we had slow cooked smoked beef that just melted, homemade pastrami, homemade trout gravelax and smoked bone marrow, all outstanding. We also had beer brewed by the family, which was excellent. Service was brilliant, especially when attending to the children, making sure that they are first. Be sure to phone ahead and book as they only have a few tables.
