Perched at the top of a wooden cabin in a magnificent forest, escape for an unusual night in a green space, where fauna and flora are respected.   A lover of nature and the environment, Sara has created and built the wooden cabins herself, which fit perfectly into the forest decor. Designs, sculptures, development of small houses, his imagination and his creativity give you the opportunity to stay in charming rentals, in a unique setting. The selected woods are local
  or come directly from its own estate. Oak for the roof, locust for the foundations and clay for the earth rendering, everything has been designed with respect for nature and the forest. On an area of 30 hectares, discover flowery fields and a large pond during your walk, where you can swim and have a boat to navigate. Admire the magnificent view of the sparkling waterhole and the verdant woods thanks to 11 windows which bring brightness and play of light. Built on 2 floors
  , Skylark offers incredible comfort with the bedroom set up in the highest branches. King size bed and organic cotton sheets, you will be delighted by a cozy nest for an unusual night in a perched cabin. Relax in the Jacuzzi heated over a wood fire, before settling in peace on the large outdoor terrace. Wood stove, barbecue, kitchen and dry toilets complete this unusual installation for an idyllic stay. We had a lovely time staying in Sara’s treehouse. She is obviously passionate about sustainability and has lovingly created a beautiful retreat in the woods a few steps from their private lake (with a surprisingly sandy bottom and the perfect temperature!). The only difficult part of the day was where to hang out…on the swing seat by the lake, in the little rowing boat, on the jetty, in the wood fired hot tub, on the loungers or swing seats on the deck… We enjoyed several BBQs and would recommend bringing what you need as there aren’t any local shops and once you’re there you won’t want to leave! The area has some lovely quiet lanes for cycling but it’s tempting not to leave at all as this place really is a treat! Thank you Sara.

What a captivating place! The caru cabin overlooks a beautiful serene pond in which you can have a refreshing swim. The atmosphere Sara has created is really phenomenal - the space has everything you need. The natural surroundings are breathtaking. Sara and Pierre are extremely accommodating and welcoming. They provided us with everything we needed and made us feel at home. The cabin is hidden and extremely private, giving you the feeling of total tranquility. We borrowed bikes which were fantastic - we spent 3 days cycling and exploring the picturesque country side. Sarah has created a fantastic website which details all the local areas to visit. It really is breathtaking and we can’t wait to visit again.

Wow - what an amazing place! Sara and Pierre are so friendly, they have created a very special beautiful calm oasis. We loved staying in Skylark, it has been built to an incredibly high standard, it was perfectly clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. It made cooking super easy and fun. Stunning views can be seen from each window and you feel truly immersed in mother nature. the cherry on the top is the wood fired hot tub and the rowing boat you can take out in the lake. Can't wait to come back again and try all of their other creations! The only negative is that the sofabed is very very small and not really fit for two people so one of us slept on a sunlounger cushion! Something to consider when booking if you are a group of four full sized adults. Perfect for a couple or people with a young family. Would highly recommend to all!
