Périgourdine and located in Milhac d'Auberoche for generations, our family has passed on to us a 50-hectare farm, a love of the traditions of our land, and a passion for local cuisine.

Arrived on our farm as soon as they are born, our geese are raised freely, on vast grassy and shaded paths and fed only with cereals that we cultivate…

When they are adults, we force-feed them in accordance with tradition, exclusively with the whole corn of our production, of course guaranteed non-transgenic.

We prepare the preserves ourselves in our laboratory equipped with modern equipment and an autoclave for sterilization in accordance with current standards. But of course we continue to use the traditional recipes handed down by our grandmothers, and to exclude any mechanical process of reconstitution of foie gras.

All our farm products are direct from the producer to the consumer.
