Urval is a charming little village with lots of character, a stone's throw from the Dordogne Valley (between Le Buisson de Cadouin and Siorac ). Le Veilleur d'Urval is a restaurant in the heart of the village which offers cuisine made entirely from local products. Marie-Laure works with local organic market gardeners and likes to offer her customers cuisine with exotic accents. Duck tagine with foie gras poached in a Thai broth, use of herbs and spices to sublimate the products of the Dordogne region , this is its touch of originality! It is in a relaxed, family and warm atmosphere that you can eat classic dishes, but also convivial tapas-style formulas.Since Urval is not on the main paths and tourist routes, there is still a little nugget to discover and the Veilleur d'Urval is one of the reasons why we gladly travel a few kilometers to find a good table!Take a seat on the terrace , consult the menu which is simple, but with original recipes and gourmet and generous dishes! The food is well balanced , the flavors blend boldly and accurately. It is a table on the way to becoming essential , an authentic place where the cuisine of fresh and local products is obvious!
