  The most gorgeous Medieval city. The apartment was small but nice. The restaurant was lovely and the food was awesome and we were looked after by a really pleasant young man who was willing to engage and made sure that we were well looked after. Our only disappointment was the gentleman at the front desk while checking in and out. Very unpleasant in his responses and really lacked person skills. I thought he was a bit rude as well. Unfortunately he put a negative on our stay.

  Lovely historic building with a fantastic location. I appreciated that after check out, they promptly phoned me to let me know I left something in the room. Memorable 4 night stay here. Parking is a bit of a walk but free. We used Sarlat as a base to visit other wonderful places like Domme and Roque la Gageac.

  The room did not meet the expectations at all. We reserved with some friends and we were given a room on the road, not part of the hotel which was a bit strange. Our friends were inside the hotel. The room was very small, the bathroom very narrow and no wifi at all. The bed was very comfortable. The lady at reception very friendly and the location very good. Parking was extra which we knew about but in actual fact not really necessary as there is free parking in the same location (same walking distance) as the paid secure parking. A bit disappointed overall considering the reviews I had read before
