    • The Restaurant La Couleuvrine is open all year round for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday (closed on Sunday and Monday). For 3 generations, the women of the house have offered you a neat setting and quality local products.

      You will enjoy rooms with a warm atmosphere in an old rampart tower in the heart of Sarlat in Périgord. Marion Martel, chef, offers you a young and fresh menu with local and seasonal products.


      The restaurant offers a daily special at 10€ and a set menu at 14€ every lunchtime.
      Lunch and dinner you can enjoy a Périgord Menu at 25€ or a Flavors Menu at 26€ and 32€.
      The restaurant also offers a vegan starter, main course and dessert.

    It’s a lovely hotel right next to the beautiful meandering shambles of Sarlat. The room was a bit dated, but so goes sleeping in a tower.

    We had a pleasant stay at Couleuvrine. The restaurant is excellent with top notch service. Well situated to enjoy the old city of Sarlat.

    Good location, quiet and convenient to seeing the medieval part of the town. Very close to the Lantern of Death and Rue Republique. Small but very comfortable and cozy room, good linens and pillows. Staircase a bit of a thrill but that’s most places! Great bathroom accommodations. Would definitely recommend.

    Nice ambiance. I liked the foie gras. Our entrees were OK but not great. Portions were on the small side The dessert was uninspired. Overall, it was acceptable but not great.
