      The Périgord Noir is a land of gastronomy and traditions. This is why we make it a point of honor to highlight the wonderful products from our local producers : Foie gras, duck and goose, truffles, walnuts, porcini mushrooms, Périgord poultry, market garden produce… They form the basis of the dishes traditional dishes that we suggest you taste when you come to Mirandol.

      Located in the heart of the medieval town of Sarlat, Le Mirandol welcomes you in the exceptional setting of a Renaissance residence listed as a historic monument. At the end of the meal, you can visit the natural cave that makes our restaurant special.

    Really nice place for a meal in Sarlat. Dogs are welcome here and glad for the shaded position. The food is very tasty and the atmosphere in the small street is wonderful.

    Great place, my family and I ate here 3 times our week in Sarlat. Try the découverte de foie gras, the best we had all week! Excellent service, nice menu selection. It was great having a non-frozen kids menu. Seating inside and out was lovely. And you can visit their little natural cave in the back :)

    Lovely local food in a beautiful setting just off the Main Street in Sarlat. I would particularly recommend any of the duck dishes and would encourage people to try the Geiser salad if they have not before. The restaurant also has a small cave at its rear which is a quaint addition to the venue.

    Lovely spot for dinner on a gorgeous town. We had the duck which was very close to perfect. The service was very good. The atmosphere was really lovely- quite romantic.
