  We ate her as a party of four having booked (highly recommend) rather than tipping up. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave it is a superb evening. Relaxed, professional staff with a superb ambience. It was warm enough to have an aperitif on the riverside terrace but we ate inside. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had the seven course menu and it was simply stunning in its presentation and taste. Simply cannot say how good the food was, how efficient the service was and how brilliant the entire evening was. So relaxed and yet so professional - staff are clearly at the top of their game. Our host asked us “ to trust us as we take you on a gastronomic journey of discovery.” So glad we did. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

  My wife and I had a superb stay and meal. The whole 7 course meal was one of the best culinary experiences we have ever had. Stunning food, great drinks and cocktails, amazing location facing the river and a fantastic friendly service. Thank you to all your hard working staff for giving us such a fantastic time. If we xould give you more than 5 stars, we would.

  Nasty little waitress. My daughter was not feeling well and needed the loo so we popped in to this place and all was fine; as we were there the four of us decided to grab a table and have some lunch. Mistake. When presented with the menu we (I) saw the prices and a quick bit of maths saw a modest lunch would set me back about €200. The waitress had provided water and set the table when I explained what happened and said we no longer needed the table. My god! You’d think i had assaulted her mother, I apologised at least five times (i am english 🙄) and even offered to pay for the tap water (noting no food had been ordered). She was having none of it and made a real scene pointing out the fact the menu was displayed for all to see (true) but despite pointing out the circumstances she carried on. Nasty little waitress , nasty little hotel (probably) . Apart from that little episode we had a great holiday and enjoyed lots of french hospitality. uPDATE in respect to the response below- we made an error, apologised sincerely and you didn’t have the good grace or manners to accept the apology or to accept payment for the glass of water. That’s it
