  Nommad's is a bistro, a restaurant that offers classic French cuisine, with a touch of Asian inspiration, in the pretty village of Bourdeilles in Périgord Vert. You will find a diversified menu, made up of seasonal products, with fresh products.
  
  Sit on the terrace, it is located in a car-free pedestrian area and you will enjoy your meal there in peace. The owners welcome you with a smile, it's a friendly place where the whole family is welcome! The cuisine is excellent and the plates generous, you will enjoy your meal while contemplating the beautiful church of Bourdeilles. On your plates, flavors from here and elsewhere, Beef tataki, Burrata, Foie gras with seaweed, Cheese cake, chocolate mousse with ginger... we travel, we move the taste buds to get out of the ordinary. A nice surprise in an idyllic setting!

We arrived at the Hotel Les Griffons mid afternoon. The manager told us that their restaurant was closed that evening but she would try and get us in to the Nommad - Bistro A Bourdeilles. When she got through later she told us that although the restaurant was full for the evening they had managed to find us a table for two, which was perfect. It was a lovely evening and the sunset left a beautiful glow on the adjacent building which made for a perfect setting for our meal. The waiter was extremely polite and helpful in our food choices. The food was served promptly after we had had an aperitif. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Nommad’s - Bistro A Bourdeilles.

Top notch service from Jerome and fantastic food from the chef (I believe this was his wife but didn't catch her name). The soup is to die for and the steak melted like butter but anything on the menu is sure to impress! We went twice in a 10 day stay 🤤

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Nommad this evening! The husband and wife team were superb with explanations, service, as well as quality. The food is traditional with a creative tangent. Worth a side trip to experience! Merci!
