    • At Les Peyrouses in Sarlat, each evening Thierry gets behind the stove for the host’s table. After choosing a homemade aperitif, for example a peach wine, a nut wine or another (additional charge), Thierry shares his love of cooking with you.

Depending on the season, Thierry will prepare an asparagus short crust, a tatin of foie gras, a confit of duck with sarladaises potatoes, ceps and chanterelles cooked in pan... For the dessert, do not miss his nut crème brulée, his chocolate fondant and so many other surprises...

During high season the host’s table is served on our terrace next to our heated swimming pool (from 1st May).

A unique menu including starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €31 per person (beverages are not included). Children Menu is available on request.
