Canoë Rabaska River Excursions in Port Sainte Foy et Ponchapt

Aboard a Canoe Rabaska, of Ameridian inspiration, you will live an unforgettable experience in time, taking the path of the gabariers, linking the Bergerac area to the Bordeaux area.

It is the favorite boat for families where grandparents, children and grandchildren all meet together...

This boat, 9m long and 1.40m wide, can safely transport 15 people.

Your guide will introduce you to the many animal species living on the banks of the Dordogne river (kingfisher, gray heron, cormorant...). Likewise, you can admire the villages and castles that bear witness to the history of the valley.

Walk commented by the boatman, river guide (canoe-kayak State patent, holder of a disabled sports qualification) and benefiting from more than 20 years of experience.

The hike is accessible to people with disabilities.

Three courses are offered: "the times vary depending on the water level"

• The Discovery Walk from Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt to Eynesse for a duration of 1h to 1h30.
• The Kingfisher walk from Eynesse to Pessac/Dordogne for a duration of 2h to 2h30.

• The Castle Walk from Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt to Pessac/Dordogne for a duration of 3h to 3h30.

We have 3 Rabaska canoes and can accommodate 45 people . The equipment provided includes life jackets, paddles and waterproof bags.

The return to Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt is ensured by a minibus ride.
Two boarding times: 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
