  Lovely clean hôtel, friendly staff. But reserved parking détails should be sent in advance to guests, because it's difficult to park at the hotel whilst you go into the hotel and collect the info on where your reserved parking is! Just a thought to make your guests stay a little less stressful, after a long drive! And a bottle of water in the rooms would have been a welcomed touch.

  Our stay at the Naâd hotel was most pleasant. As soon as we arrived, we were received with a smile and professionalism despite the gray weather at the end of November. The hotel is decorated with great originality, the room we occupied on the 3rd floor was comfortable and the bathroom really spacious. The breakfast was very complete and we were offered to have it in the room, which was very appreciated. The restaurant that was recommended to us was really good and very close to the hotel which is ideally located, a few minutes walk from the heart of the old town. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you again!
