In the heart of the black Périgord, near the caves of Lascaux and Rouffignac, we offer our Lascaux and Les Eyzies cottages (2 to 12 people) independently or simultaneously, with all comforts located in the small village of Fossemagne. In this green setting, you will appreciate the calm, the panoramic view without any vis-à-vis on our woods and meadows, the heated and shared swimming pool of 10 x 5 secured, the large garden where our hens roam free, the terrace covered facing south for Lascaux and a large pergola in the garden for Les Eyzies each equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, the bowling alley and the badminton court. Our 2 cats, our 2 donkeys and horses are also part of this bucolic landscape. The domain of Granges Indigo is located on the heights in the heart of a hamlet of ten houses where zenitude is close at hand.
I will welcome you in person when you arrive and during your stay we will be at your disposal to answer all your questions and advise you. At the time agreed together in advance, you can enjoy the house directly without even unpacking your suitcases (beds made, household and bathroom linen provided, and at your disposal in the cottage the starter kit including some essential products). It will be the same for your departure: you will only have to put away your belongings and put your suitcases in the trunk. We take care of the cleaning. If you wish, to feel on vacation from your first evening and relax, you can book a Périgourdine gourmet platter to share (made with homemade products or from local producers on short circuits). By reservation.The single-storey Lascaux cottage is made up of a large living space with a round table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge with pellet stove, access to a the terrace protected by wisteria, facing south, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed, possibility of adding an extra bed for children < 12 years old), a bathroom with a large shower, a basin and a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The Les Eyzies cottage, accessible by a few steps, is composed of a very large living room with a large leather sofa, TV, dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen. A corridor provides access to 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites with shower room and WC, sleeping 8 in total.
On request and free of charge, we provide childcare equipment for the little ones: travel cot with additional mattress and fitted sheet, high chair, changing table and mattress, bath recliner, baby bath. Fewer things to carry, so more space in the trunk!
From Les Granges Indigo, you can take full advantage of the region for walks (on 13 hectares in our meadows and woods, in the heart of the Barade forest 5 minutes away on foot or on the nearby hiking trails), cycling (mountain biking and road), going fishing or even discovering small local producers (cannery, producer farm, etc.).Parking spaces within the estate (closed by a gate) at the foot of your cottage. If you need to store equipment (bicycles, bicycle carriers, roof boxes, strollers…), we give you access to our shed.
