Tout prés de Sarlat, une famille fort sympathique a restauré avec beaucoup de goût des Gîtes typiques dans l'esprit purement Périgourdin, piscine, tennis.
Capacité: Les 11 gîtes sont situés sur 4 communes différentes :
• 4 à Saint-Crépin Carlucet (La Maisonnette, Les Bousquies et La Ferme des Vergades, La Borie)
• 2 à Proissans (Les Deux Moulins)
• 3 à Tamniès (La Ferme de la Garrigue)
• 2 à Saint-Amand de Coly (Chassagne, Petite Chassagne).
• Toutes les maisons sont équipées d'une piscine commune ou privée.
• Un terrain de tennis est à la disposition de tous les locataires au domicile des propriétaires.
• Possibilité de location de draps et serviettes à la demande.
• Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus.
Tarifs: 290€ à 2200€ la semaine selon le gîte et selon la saison.

Description : Experience the peace and verdure of our countryside with your family and friends and enjoy the tourist attractions, cultural and sporting activities and the gastronomy of the region.
We took over the traditional family farm in 1976 (crops of tobacco and walnuts, and pig and cattle rearing) and immediately looked for ways to diversify. In 1979 we chose to go into the tourist industry when we restored a ruined watermill for holiday letting.
Our love of the old traditional stone buildings led to the restoration of other houses. Today we have 11 letting cottages that we bought as ruins and renovated with the help of all the family.
We welcome you to our restored holiday cottages in the Perigord Noir (Dordogne), near some of the most famous tourist sites: Sarlat, Lascaux, Rocamador, the Dordogne Valley with its chateaux, the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley.
