Andrea et Francis ont alliés leurs compétences et sensibilités pour vous proposer plus que de simples locations et vous accueillir aux « Hauts du Coustalier » leurs quatre gîtes classés 3 étoiles, situés à 6 km de Belvès.
Leur motivation première à été de créer à partir d'un site exceptionnel, un lieu avec beaucoup de charme et de caractère, où ils aimeraient passer des vacances heureuses.
Situé sur une colline avec une vue panoramique vers la vallée, ce lieu est une invitation à la détente. Il est composé d’un ensemble de 4 maisons pouvant accueillir 5 personnes chacune, totalement indépendantes les unes des autres avec entrées et parkings privés dans un parc de 1,7 ha clôturé.
L'orientation plein sud, la recherche de l'intégration la plus douce et la plus harmonieuse de l'ensemble, et l'aménagement du parc avec beaucoup d'arbustes à fleurs en font un lieu privilégié.
Vous disposerez de deux piscines de 8,50 x 4,00 m chauffées du 01 juin au 15 septembre (26°c) avec leurs bains de soleil, ainsi que d’un grand terrain de jeux en partie ombragé avec balançoire, ping-pong, bac à sable, foot, etc.
Les constructions sont traditionnelles et comprennent une isolation renforcée été/hiver, des charpentes apparentes massives, un agencement intérieur étudié dans les moindres détails grâce à des matériaux et du mobiliers de choix.
Les prestations sont nombreuses : production d'eau chaude permanente, literie latex, cuisine en bois massif, électroménager de marque, décoration et finition de qualité.
Chaque maison se compose d’une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, de deux chambres (une avec un lit double 160x200, une avec 3 lits simples, possibilité de faire un lit double), d’une salle de bain, d’un wc séparé, ainsi que d’une terrasse de 20 m² couverte d’une pergola en fer forgé, avec son mobilier de jardin.
Elles sont toutes équipées de : chauffage central électrique, TV par satellite, chaîne HIFI, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, gazinière/four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, cafetière, micro-onde, aspirateur, lave-linge, fer à repasser, barbecue, coffre fort.
En bordure de la propriété vous avez accès à des kilomètres de chemins de randonnés balisés (carte à disposition) pour partir à travers bois à la découverte de la campagne environnante.

Wir bieten 2 Swimmingpool-Anlagen (je 4,00 m x 8,50 m), die vom 01.Juni bis zum 15. September beheizt werden (maximal 26 °C).
Zur Entspannung und für Ballspiele finden Sie eine große Rasenfläche mit Tischtennisplatte und Spielplatz auf dem eigenen Gelände vor.
Auf der überdachten Terrasse Ihres Ferienhauses können Sie den Abend bei einem Barbeque ausklingen lassen.

In der Umgebung laden viele Schlösser (wie das Schloss von Josephine Baker in "Les Milandes"), Burgen, Grotten wie die Grotte von Lascaux und vieles Andere zu Besichtigungen ein.
Oder sie verbringen Ihren Tag an der Dordogne, lassen sich bei einem Imbiß mit einem Glas Wein von der Natur verwöhnen. Wenn Sie mögen unternehmen Sie eine Kanufahrt oder baden in der Strömung.

Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit die gesamte Ferienanlage zu mieten. Die Erfahrung aus den letzten Jahren hat bewiesen, dass dieses Angebot gern von befreundeten Familien angenommen wird, jedoch ebenso von Einzelpaaren ohne Kindern oder von Familien mit Kindern gebucht wird.
Jeder Besucher findet seinen privaten Bereich.
Die mit Sonnensegeln ausgestattete Terrasse ist ein idealer Ort, um die gemeinsamen Malzeiten einzunehmen.
Ihre Kinder finden auf dem großzügigen Spielplatz und in den 2 Poolanlagen ausreichend Abwechselung.
Das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt und die Poolanlagen verfügen über ein Norm-Gerechtes Sicherheizsystem.

Description : Situated at the top of a hill facing south, with an exceptional view overlooking the valley, it is an invitation to relax and take it easy.
We are offering you the choice of four houses, each sleeping up to 5 adults, independent with their own entrance, private parking in an enclosed park.


Built with traditional material, extra insulation, and exposed timber beams, all fittings and furnishings are new. There is electrical central heating, making it a nice and cosy place to be for the winter breaks.
There are two swimming pools of 8,5 m X 4,0 m, heated from 02nd June to 15th September, (up to 26°).
A large play area partially shaded, where children and adults can play, is set aside with swings, sand pit, table tennis and football area.

The four chalets were built to make the most of the exceptional setting overlooking the countryside and is somewhere you are able to have splendid holiday.
All the houses are facing south to make the most of the sun in a park full of shrubs and trees.
Each house is totally independent and there is a children play area in a quiet shady part of the park.
All the bungalows have been built in a traditional way, with exposed solid beams.
The furniture and fittings are of high quality. There is a constant supply of hot water, all the
mattresses are in latex, and there is a large kitchen with solid wood units.

Within thirty minutes by car from the Gîtes you can visit many caves, some contain limestone formations, some have underground river guided boat trips, others contain remains of troglodyte artefacts.
There are many medieval villages and fortified towns to be explored.
Sarlat the main medieval market town in "The Perigord Noir" is twenty-five minutes away.
The world-renowned and fabulous Lascaux cave containing prehistoric paintings is only 45 minutes away.
It would be impossible to visit everything.(We would be very happy to offer you advice).
