Écomusée de la Truffe Truffles in Sorges

Housed in a fully renovated 19th century farm, the Écomusée de la Truffe welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Sorges. The car parks on each side of the RN 21, spacious and easy to access, allow close parking.

The museum located on the first floor of the building is accessible by a ramp, the ground floor is occupied by the reception, the tourist information area and the shop specializing in truffles and local products. The sale of truffles (fresh in season or canned) and all our products can be done remotely by simple phone call.

The visit of the museum will reveal the mysteries of the black diamond to you, through a completely renewed museography, the discovery path will lead you to the limestone causse to discover the flora and fauna peculiar to truffle trees.

Guided tours, tastings possible all year round and demonstration of cavage in season. Services only on reservation.

From mid-June to mid-September open daily from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The rest of the year open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., open Sunday morning in January and December.
Closed on public holidays except Whit Monday, July 14 and August 15.
