Very beautiful place! The gardens are extremely well maintained, and the Gardeners are obviously very skilled at Topiary, and lawns...Everything is so perfect, and so green! Even though there is a lot of formality to the Gardens, it is also very charming, with special little vistas, nice quiet spots to sit in comfy deck chairs, and little surprises such as the tiny chapel with its amazing windows made of chunky shards of exquisitely coloured glass cemented together, the likes of which we have never seen anywhere else. We have also never seen Cedar trees trained into arches! So cool!! We loved it so much we went twice, and spent the better part of two days there with our two miniature Schnauzers. Morning coffee at the Cafe was very good, and Lunch was excellent. The Restaurant staff were very friendly and it is clear to us that they work very efficiently together because it was busy, yet they did everything with apparent ease and speed. The Gardens are a stunning, peaceful, grown up place, where you can spend the whole day, if you like. And there is plenty of deep shade parking which is a particularly good bonus. We will be back!

Very beautifully landscaped park with good (free) parking. it consists of various types of gardens including an English, a French and a kitchen garden which are very well maintained. In addition, a number of gardens are under development. There is also a good restaurant with excellent coffee and a small menu.

Great garden with great architecture and horticulture. Lovely place and hideout to take a walk, to enjoy the nature and the art of tree pruning. The gardeners do quite a fantastic job here to keep this place and its trees and hedges in shape. There is also a cafe nearby which you can visit without paying entrance fee to the garden.
